Linda Farnsworth has had a eclectic experience in the educational community for the past 28 years. She has been a successful Literacy Interventionist/Reading Coach for a high-risk school district in New Mexico.
In her role as Reading Coach she was able to work with teachers to help them with students who struggle with reading.
She taught mainstream elementary classes (Kindergarten and 2nd grades), Special Education (K-9th) and an ESL/BAL Classroom in public schools. For eight years Ms.T taught in a Learning Disability Communicative Disorder Cluster Class in two different middle schools. Altogether, she's taught in eleven different schools in five different school districts which gave her a chance to analyze curriculum in depth and exchange ideas with great teachers.
Linda has been the recipient of the "EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR IN THE ARTS" award due to her ability to teach ALL KINDS OF LEARNERS with her creative talent using modalities, and memory techniques that accelerate reading. She has also earned the O.C. Tanner Award, and been nominated by her colleagues for the Huntsman Award and Five Star Award for Teacher Excellence. Her passion in life is helping students who struggle with reading by helping teachers who care about teaching reading - the right way! "A+ SUPER PHONICS to the Rescue! " WORKS!
